Bourgogne Chardonnay, Domaine de la Pierre des Dames p__tornai which are accompanied by concentratedThe nose opens with enticing aromas of lime blossom and tropical fruit, especially ripe mango, creating a vibrant bouquet. On the palate, its full bodied and lushious, with a beautifully long, fresh finish. The estate grown Chardonnay grapes are machine harvested from south facing vineyards in the Chevagny Ls Chevrires commune. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel, followed by seven months of aging on the fine lees.
