Bigallet Genepi Grand Tetras Liqueur book Canadian grapefruit and Lillooet hopsA classic alpine liqueur from the Bigallet distillery in Isre, made by infusing and distilling sprigs of wild gnpi (Artemisia) gathered above 2,000 metres in the Alps. Balanced rather than sweet, showing piney herbs and a delicate vanilla over lemon zest and a subtle aniseed, finishing on black pepper. Lovely chilled as a digestif, or in an Alpine Negroni. ABV 40% 70cl France
